RUSH GK Training 3
New to RUSH Field Hockey, GK Training is designed to prepare all levels of GKs for the next level. We have designed a curriculum that trains the basic skills of the GK position. We train footwork, angles in addition to giving numerous shots for the feet, shins and hands. This sessions is ends with competitions.
Sessions are on Thursday at 4S Ranch Roller Rink from 3-4pm.
Session dates: Three: Apr 1 -Apr 22; Four: Apr 29- 27(Make up dates/additional sessions until April).
Dates might vary based on weather. If a session is cancelled, we will push back dates. There will also be session available in May to make up sessions.
